Find Your Local Chapter

When you become a member of the Keystone Elk Country Alliance, you’re not just supporting Pennsylvania’s elk and conservation efforts—you’re also joining a community of passionate volunteers through your local KECA chapter.

Our volunteer chapters are located throughout Pennsylvania and are the heart of our organization. They bring together people who share a passion for elk, wildlife, conservation, and the outdoors while making a real difference in Elk Country.

Whether you want to volunteer, attend events, meet new people, or simply support conservation close to home, your local chapter is a great place to get involved.

Find your local chapter and become part of something bigger.

Why Get Involved with a Local Chapter?

Joining your local chapter is one of the best ways to support KECA while connecting with others who share your passion for Pennsylvania’s elk and wild places.

As a chapter member, you can:

  • Meet fellow conservationists and outdoor enthusiasts.
  • Volunteer at local events and fundraising banquets.
  • Help support elk conservation, habitat projects, and conservation education.
  • Attend chapter meetings and social events.
  • Play an active role in preserving Pennsylvania’s Elk Country for future generations.

Whether you have a few hours each year or want to become a regular volunteer, there’s a place for everyone.

Our Chapters Make Our Mission Possible

KECA’s local chapters are powered entirely by dedicated volunteers who organize fundraising events throughout the state each year. The most popular of these are our annual Conservation Banquets, which bring communities together for an evening of great food, raffles, auctions, games, and fun—all while supporting Pennsylvania’s elk and conservation efforts. These volunteer-led banquets are the backbone of our fundraising efforts and provide the resources needed to fulfill KECA’s mission.

Funds raised by our chapters directly support KECA’s priorities, including:

  • Conservation education programs
  • Elk habitat stewardship and enhancement
  • Permanent land protection
  • The Elk Country Visitor Center
  • Youth and family educational programming

Every ticket purchased, raffle entered, volunteer hour donated, and membership invested helps ensure that Pennsylvania’s Elk Country can be enjoyed by future generations.

Become Part of Your Chapter

Your membership automatically connects you with the chapter that serves your area, but your level of involvement is entirely up to you. Attend a banquet, volunteer at an event, join a committee, or simply come meet fellow members.

No matter how you choose to participate, you’ll be joining hundreds of volunteers across Pennsylvania who are making a lasting impact on elk conservation every year.
